Dentists providing single-tooth implant treatment often wonder how to approach "larger implant cases" involving full-mouth or full-arch surgery and prosthodontic rehabilitation. Evidence-based treatment planning, along with digital dentistry and/or guided surgery, can facilitate predictable outcomes to maximize patient satisfaction and long-term prognosis.
This lecture presents easy-to-understand protocols to simplify the complex for dentists wanting to enter full-arch dental implantology. The presentation will cover identifying pathologies on radiographs, equipment maintenance, oral health care apps, and much more. This deep dive into innovation will help every dental team member become more efficient and effective in their daily practice.
Learning Objectives:
✅Present evidence-based treatment planning concepts behind full-arch implantology (e.g., how many implants, where to place, FP1 vs. FP2 vs. FP3?)
✅Discuss the pros and cons of guided surgery vs. free-hand approaches, along with the incorporation of digital dentistry
✅Introduce other techniques to "simplify the complex," such as PRF/PRP, PET (socket shield), immediate placement, and immediate restoration
