Anesthetizing symptomatic patients for endodontic treatment has always been one of the biggest challenges in dentistry. We will introduce comfortable and effective delivery methods of anesthesia administration, along with appropriate tests to confirm the depth of anesthesia before starting the procedure.

Physical strain on the doctor’s body has classically been a consequence of giving injections with a standard dental anesthesia syringe. In this webinar, we will dive into different techniques of delivering anesthetic solutions while introducing technologies that serve to create a win-win for the patient and the doctor. New technology will be introduced that eliminates the physical strain on the doctor while providing maximally comfortable delivery of anesthetic solutions.

About the Speaker

Brett E. Gilbert, DDS, FICD

Dr. Brett Gilbert graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School (DDS 2001, ENDO 2003). He is a professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is the founder of the Access Endo Impact Academy, a global direct mentorship continuing education platform. He is a fellow in the International College of Dentists and a contributing consultant for Oral Health Journal. Dr. Gilbert lectures nationally and internationally on clinical endodontics and personal wellness and is the host of the On The Cusp Podcast.

Dr. Gilbert is a global key opinion leader in the area of endodontics and new technology. He is a partner in Specialized Dental Partners and has a private practice, King Endodontics PLLC, limited to Endodontics in Niles, IL.
